North Caddo Community Coalition (NC3) is a community-centered nonprofit dedicated to empowering and uplifting the people of North Caddo Parish and surrounding areas through education, resources, and holistic programs. At NC3, we believe in the power of unity and self-sufficiency. Our mission is to create a thriving hub that serves all ages—from youth to the elderly—by offering educational opportunities, job assistance, youth empowerment, elderly care, agricultural science, and more.
Our vision is to foster a self-sustaining community where everyone has the tools to succeed, driven by values of growth, collaboration, and empowerment. We strive to make North Caddo a place where individuals are supported to reach their full potential and contribute to the prosperity of the whole community.

Our Mission Story
In North Caddo, many young people grow up in neighborhoods with limited access to creative outlets, mentorship, or positive role models. Without the support and guidance they need, some may struggle to stay engaged in school or may feel that their future holds few opportunities. Imagine a young person who has talent, drive, and dreams but lacks the resources to explore their potential. Without intervention, their aspirations might go unfulfilled, and their energy might be channeled into paths that don’t serve them or their community.
Our nonprofit, the North Caddo Community Coalition, exists to bridge this gap. Through programs in content creation, youth empowerment, conflict resolution, and creative arts, we provide a safe space where young people can learn, grow, and see a future filled with possibilities. We offer conflict resolution mentoring for at-risk youth, helping them navigate challenges in positive ways. Our multimedia programs teach valuable skills in content creation, giving them a voice and a platform to share their stories.
These programs aren’t just activities; they’re lifelines, inspiring change and creating hope in our community. When we invest in young people, they see that someone believes in them and cares about their future. They feel empowered to pursue their goals, stay connected to their community, and contribute positively to society.
